Refund policy

At The Natural Company, we stand behind every product we make. If you're not completely satisfied, we want to make it right.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 3 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- The product was received damaged, defective, or leaking
- You received the wrong product
- The product is unused and in its original sealed packaging
We do not accept returns for:
- Products that have been opened and used (unless defective)
- Change of mind after use
- Products purchased during sale or at a discounted price (unless defective)
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at team.thenaturalcompany@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery
- Include your order number, a photo of the product, and the reason for return
- Our team will respond within 2 business days with instructions
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method
- For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued as bank transfer or store credit
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will either replace the product or issue a full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
